The Shilma mask can be used comfortably enough all day long, at school, at work, in cafes, restaurants and even during sports.

How to put the mask on:

  • Before touching the mask, clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  • Inspect the mask for tears; do not use a mask that is damaged.
  • Put on your sunglasses or eyeglasses.
  • Gently lift the glasses and slide the mask over your nose, then rearrange the glasses so that the nose pads are in front of the twisted edge of the mask.

How to take the mask off:

  • Before touching the mask, clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  • To take off the mask lift the glasses and slide the mask down.
  • Be aware of the condition of the mask; replace it if it gets soiled or damp.

How to put the mask on:

  • Gently lift the frame and slide the mask over your nose, then rearrange the frame so it fits perfectly.
  • You can also wear sunglasses or eyeglasses over the special designed frame.

How to put the mask on:

  • Inspect the mask for tears; do not use a mask that is damaged.
  • Place the mask on your face covering your nose and mouth, making sure that there are no gaps between your face and the twisted edge of the mask. Place the strap behind the head and under ears.
  • The mask can be further stabilized by wearing glasses.

  • To take off the mask remove the straps from behind the head or ears.
